Phase II: From "All In" to "All O"

Every chapter starts with a decision. Phase 1 was our sprint, our proof that we were ready. “All in” was never just a slogan; it was a state of mind. We wanted to show up, to prove that we weren’t here to play around but to shape. And yes, we achieved milestones: our first transfer, a growing portfolio of players, the first professionals and talents trusting us with their careers. We’re in the game. But to be brutally honest — we also made mistakes, built unnecessary pressure, chased too hard. I couldn’t even celebrate our first transfer, because I was already hunting the next one. That was a warning sign.

The sprint worked. But no engine runs forever at 6000 RPM. Phase 2 is our shift in gear: we’re not going less “all in,” we’re going deeper, more conscious, more sustainable. We want to grow, not just run. We want to close circles, not just close deals.

The “o” at the Center

The “o” in o.a.r.i.a. stands for our. It’s not mine, it’s ours. It’s collective, not ego. It’s team, not lone wolf. And it is also a circle — a cycle. A beginning that is also an end, an end that becomes a new beginning. That’s exactly what we want to embody. Phase 2 is about the cycle: not just taking, but giving back. Not just winning for ourselves, but serving the bigger game.

The Four Pillars of Our Circle

Phase 2 stands on four strong foundations that together form a circle. The agency remains the heart of our work, the place where careers are guided, transfers negotiated, and brands protected. Yet it no longer stands alone.

With the blog, we are opening up our voice to the outside world — a place to share our thoughts, sharpen ideas, and give culture back to the game. This very post marks the first step of that journey.

Alongside it, the next o to be presented will carry our philosophy further, transforming knowledge into service and connection. It will be both community and classroom, a place where professionals and enthusiasts meet, learn, and grow together.

And finally, there is the innovative o — the climax of this next phase. For now, we will say only this: in September, we will share the first glimpse. It is not just another copy of an innovation. It is the sum of years spent as a fan inside and around football, as a professional in locker rooms and negotiations, through setbacks and breakthroughs. Every experience has shaped it.

From Sprint to the Long Game

Phase 1 taught us that mindset is everything. “All in” was about raw motivation, about proving we could push through storms. But Phase 2 is about maturity. It’s about building with rhythm, with patience, with an on/off switch that protects the engine. It’s not a softer approach — it’s a smarter one. We’ll still go all in, maybe even more than before, but with the awareness that serving comes first.

Because in the end, that’s our philosophy: we serve so the circle stays strong.

Phase 2 begins now.

“All in forever — but this time, all ours.”
